The Finance Billing Manager will be managing day-to-day finance activities for global production clients, with a particular focus on new client onboarding and cross-market finance transitions. This role provides exposure to global clients, cross-market billing processes, and operational best practices, offering hands-on experience in complex, international finance operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in onboarding new global clients from a finance perspective, ensuring smooth setup in systems and processes.
Support documentation and process handovers during client transitions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production hubs, local markets, account teams) to collect required finance information.
Ensure compliance with global financial policies and procedures during transitions.
Assist in managing POs, invoices, and billing processes for global production during client onboarding.
Support global clients with tracking budgets, actual spend, and financial reporting processes.
Help monitor outstanding invoices and resolve issues if agencies or markets encounter problems with client invoicing, ensuring processes are followed correctly.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and client contacts regarding financial information.
Support ad-hoc finance operations projects as required.
Assist the CFO with all ad-hoc tasks, including coordination of transitions, and other operational priorities, ensuring smooth execution of global finance operations activities.
