We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Salesforce environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity, user enablement, and smooth integrations across our business systems — helping our teams get the most out of the platform.
Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Administration: Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, security settings, and permissions to ensure appropriate data access and integrity.
Customization and Development: Configure and build custom fields, flows, validation rules, reports, automations and dashboards to align the platform with evolving business needs.
User Support and Training: Provide timely support to users, troubleshoot issues, address questions, and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity through data imports, exports, cleansing, and de-duplication processes.
System Integrations: Use managed package and out-of-the-box integrations to connect Salesforce with other critical business systems (e.g., enrichment tools, accounting software, marketing automation platform).
Documentation and Best Practices: Document system changes and follow a standard SDLC process to ensure reliability and scalability. Champion Salesforce and business systems best practices within the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose enhancements to drive greater platform adoption and ROI.
