Responsibilities
Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and professional roles
Build and maintain proactive and healthy candidate pipelines
Identify pipeline gaps and take immediate action to mitigate risks
Partner with hiring managers to define, refine, and align role requirements
Provide market insights to guide hiring decisions (availability, salary, feasibility)
Drive stakeholder follow-ups and ensure timely feedback and decisions
Challenge and recalibrate role expectations when needed
Support team members by sharing pipelines, insights, and best practices
Help unblock stalled processes and contribute to team delivery goals
Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements
