• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and professional roles.
• Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Perform phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring process logistics.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and status updates within the ATS.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams to support hiring needs.
• Support high-volume recruitment processes when required.
