Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of visual design, senioring projects, inspiring and mentoring creative teams, and improving the quality of deliverables.

We are looking to strengthen their design and art working team to help to develop and visualize engaging retail driven campaigns in print, digital and experiential media.

The candidate will have experience in shopper marketing and point of sale.

They need to have clear communication skills and be able to work with an art director to develop and realise concepts and ideas.

Key role and responsibilities:

The creation and management of global implementation tool kits.

Clean and clear graphic design and editorial layout skills. Ability to prioritse information and make complex toolkits engaging and easy to understand.

The candidate needs to be organised and comfortable working with long and detailed documents.

The candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of retail driven key visuals in printed and digital media.

Striking retail focused design work that is disruptive and has a clear communication focus. Strong typographic skills and the ability to story board animated frames.

Experience in animation and motion packages is a plus. (e.g. After Effects)

Translation of core key visual assets into physical instore environments.

Th candidate will have experience of 3d concepting to bring KV concepts to life in interesting and immersive ways. Experience of 3d display design and graphics is essential.
