The Senior Creative Engineer is responsible for leading and supervising complex web and dynamic campaign projects. They ensure high-quality delivery by combining creative direction with technical expertise, while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, they facilitate effective client communication, contribute to workflow improvements, and provide mentorship to support team development.

• Establish and maintain strong communication, building robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of dynamic and data-driven campaigns, including DCO initiatives.
• Collaborate with media, data, and creative teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of dynamic campaigns.
• Ensure accurate integration of dynamic feeds and personalization logic to deliver scalable, data-driven creative solutions.
• Demonstrate adaptability to emerging technologies and trends, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Implement motion design guidelines derived from client-provided storyboards.
• Exhibit a high level of autonomy and leadership under the guidance of a Principal or Art Director.
• Oversee end-to-end OLA processes and video editing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with local and remote teams, reporting project progress and status updates.
• Actively participate in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing workflows and introducing efficiencies.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
