The candidate actively participates in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients and agencies, which range in complexity and volume, always seeking efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.

• Handles Low Profile accounts
• Will be assisting with all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication
• Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports
• Secure missing invoices
• Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow
• Prepare RFI templates, Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI’s
• Work with vendors to revise invoices
• Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested
• Update and request missing invoices from the Google Statement
• Request revised invoices to the corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative
• Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate, and Status
