We are looking for a Data Analyst (Client Operations) to join our team in Colombia.
This role focuses on data analysis, insight generation, automation, and the maintenance of internal reporting tools. The position plays a key role in improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision‑making across the organization.
A strong background in data analysis is required, with hands‑on experience in Azure, Python, and Power BI.
This position works closely with Finance Business Excellence and Delivery teams and supports process optimization through data‑driven insights.
Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision‑making.
Review, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions (Power BI dashboards and internal reports).
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across sources.
Develop and maintain automation flows to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
Identify data or process issues and propose corrective or improvement actions.
Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of internal tools and services.
