Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes while acting as a key enabler of team success.

This role goes beyond individual delivery, supporting pipeline health, solving hiring challenges, influencing stakeholders, and contributing to overall team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and professional roles
  • Build and maintain proactive and healthy candidate pipelines
  • Identify pipeline gaps and take immediate action to mitigate risks
  • Partner with hiring managers to define, refine, and align role requirements
  • Provide market insights to guide hiring decisions (availability, salary, feasibility)
  • Drive stakeholder follow-ups and ensure timely feedback and decisions
  • Challenge and recalibrate role expectations when needed
  • Support team members by sharing pipelines, insights, and best practices
  • Help unblock stalled processes and contribute to team delivery goals
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements
