We are looking for an Media Performance Supervisor to support the execution and optimisation of high-profile paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from planning to performance analysis, while ensuring strong ROI and alignment with client objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Execute campaign strategies aligned with client objectives (engagement, acquisition, direct response, reach, frequency).
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives (copy, visuals, videos) and conversion funnels to maximise performance.
Monitor live campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics including impressions, reach, CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring cost control and strong ROI.
Communicate campaign performance and updates with internal teams in France and/or French-speaking clients.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve paid social performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Support additional tasks as required.
