The Business Excellence & Compliance Director is responsible for leading digital transformation, operational excellence, and compliance programs across the PGD Business unit. This role oversees multidisciplinary teams focused on process optimization, technological adoption, automation, data governance, and regulatory compliance.

1. Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence
Lead the digital transformation strategy ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Design, implement, and continuously improve regional SOPs aimed at efficiency and scalability.
2. Leadership & Team Management
Works with a high‑performance multidisciplinary team focused on operational excellence and automation.
Coordinate strategic projects with hubs, global stakeholders, and regional teams.
3. Technology, Tools & Innovation
Lead the adoption of digital tools and internal software related to data, operations, and talent management.
Oversee implementation of PGD-developed platforms and systems (e.g., talent tracking software).
Ensure effective use of Microsoft 365 applications, BI tools, and automation platforms.
