Your responsibility as a Data Analyst – Performance Media:
• Ensure data collection is aligned with client measurement framework and is captured accurately.
• Responsible to create/modify/upload the media plan in media planning tool (like Guideline)
• Coordinate with agency teams to get the missing information required for plan upload
• Validate campaign performance data, including spend, impressions, clicks, and other key metrics, across internal systems and third-party sources.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or inconsistencies in reported data. • To check the compliance of media plans shared by agency teams and communicate any non compliance or missing fields to the respective stakeholders timely
• Ensure reconciliation is completed in a timely manner aligned with client and internal deadlines
. • Ensure alignment of all data inputs with established measurement frameworks and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with media, data, and technology teams to improve data quality and streamline workflows. • Maintain documentation of processes. • Support automation of recurring reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and consistency. Skills & Experience: Must-Haves:
• Understanding of media plan structures (channels, budgets, KPIs, flights). • Familiarity with channel-level reporting (Search, Social, Programmatic). • Experience working with data exported from media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360 etc.). • Strong QA orientation - ability to spot discrepancies between planned and delivered numbers.
• Strong communication skills. Ability to speak and write professionally. Ability and comfort with presenting work by phone or within small groups. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
. • Attention to detail.
• Knowledge or hand-on experience in media planning templates or tools • Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising landscape and concepts. • Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.). Good to have • Experience working with large data sets or conducting quantitative analysis. • Advanced Excel • Working or study experience in the data domain • SQL EDUCATION Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Preferred) • Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar • Degree or certification in Computer Science, Mathematics is a bonus
