At PGD, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our regional Talent team in identifying and attracting top talent across our key disciplines: Data, Technology, Media, and Production. You will recruit talent for several countries in LATAM (Colombia, Costa Rica, and Perú), helping us build strong, scalable teams that drive impact across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dynamic, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment processes for multiple roles across Data, Tech, Media, and Production.
Conduct job intakes, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurrent and hard-to-fill roles.
Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, etc.).
Manage candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle with clear communication and follow-up.
Collaborate closely with hiring teams across Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru to understand needs and ensure process alignment.
Track, update, and report KPIs, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to PGD hiring standards and internal processes.
