What we are looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communications Director to lead the development and execution of our global editorial line, strengthen internal and external communications, and enhance the visibility of the Groupe across multiple platforms. This role will drive consistency, creativity, and impact in our communications agenda, ensuring alignment with business priorities and employer branding objectives.
Responsibilities
Editorial & Content Strategy
Establish and maintain a global editorial line aligned with Groupe priorities.
Coordinate and manage a global communications agenda to ensure timely and impactful messaging across all channels.
Oversee content creation and storytelling for internal and external communications.
Internal Communications
Lead Groupe internal marketing initiatives to drive engagement across agencies.
Manage the “6 News of the Month” Groupe newsletter for agencies.
Deliver a monthly newsletter for PGDer to ensure leadership alignment and visibility.
Develop content and maintain presence on Marcel community page and promote Marcel visibility across the Groupe.
Support Town Halls, global events, and engagement activities, including event communications, branding, and goodies.
External Communications & Employer Branding
Strengthen LinkedIn presence through impactful campaigns, thought leadership, and storytelling.
Support employer branding initiatives to position the Groupe as a top employer of choice.
Contribute to PGD website development and ongoing enhancements to showcase capabilities, culture, and impact.
Tools & Training
Create PPT templates and communication assets to ensure consistency in Groupe presentations and storytelling.
Drive AI awareness and training offer visibility, ensuring employees are informed and engaged in upskilling opportunities.
