As part of the Client Operations team, you will support our media and finance teams across our portfolio of agencies by handling various functions involved in the media billing process and other administrative duties.

• Admin tasks such as keeping calendar deliverables, creation and tracking of platform access, distro list management.
• Data entry.
• Support media billing and financial processes such as: Billing Status, Delivery Confirmations, Client Invoice Creation and Draft Billing Report.
• Liaise with agency support services, vendors and internal teams to resolve media billing issues.
• Reporting responsibilities during Billing cycle.
• Source and compile information for client reporting.
• Support Budget Reports, Retainer Tracking, Budget Recon, Monthly Budget Tracker, Client Weekly Reports.
• Support the Creation of Competitive Reports. Brand Score Card. Weekly Report. Brand Model.
• Supporting vendor compliance processes.
• Keeping track of media authorizations.
• Supporting and collaborating with brands & agency projects.
• Participate on Media Tools flowchart: Excel Workbooks for Performance, Paid Media Flowchart.
