As Production Manager you’ll lead digital production-focused projects through to execution, implementing effective team approaches and develop technology tactics that improve the process.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing and communicating daily/weekly work requests and assigning appropriate resources based on project scopes for dynamic creative, site builds, apps, OLA, business decks, etc.
• Tracking Digital Studio resources based on availability and skill sets.
• Leading weekly account team status meetings to review projects and participating in daily status meetings with other teams to assess cross-office resource availability (on and offshore).
• Overseeing the production workflow process, solving for conflicts as they arise.
• Keeping pulse on emerging digital production technologies.
• Supporting internal teams and partners in the delivery of solutions, insights and recommendations.
• Developing direct reports through thoughtful, timely performance reviews and development plans.
• Review the team’s work and provide directions to elevate the quality and ensure deliverables match the original request.
• Committing to evolving the creative practice and bringing in outside inspiration whenever possible.
• Managing your time efficiently to balance with multiple simultaneous projects.
