What we are looking for

We are looking for a paid media professional with a strong interest in developing expertise in Programmatic Advertising. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in digital media who is eager to expand their skills, work across leading programmatic platforms, and grow within a data-driven media environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
    • Programmatic DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Yahoo) – preferred.
    • Meta Ads (Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads).
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
    • TikTok Ads.
    • LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience managing campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, lead generation, and/or conversions.
  • Experience managing budgets, audience segmentation, targeting strategies, keywords, ad creation, and bid optimization.
  • Ability to generate and analyze performance reports from paid media platforms
