Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a proactive and driven Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruitment activities across the business. This role is critical in attracting, assessing, and hiring high‑quality talent while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers and HR partners, the Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes across a variety of roles in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job briefing through offer stage.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and internal talent pools.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback tracking.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and support informed hiring decisions.
Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience through timely, clear, and professional communication.
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support recruitment reporting.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job postings, LinkedIn content, recruitment events, and university outreach.
Track recruitment activity and assist with reporting on key metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and applicable labour regulations.
