The Senior Sound Engineer leads the audio post-production process from concept to final delivery. This role combines advanced technical expertise, creative sound design, client-facing responsibilities, and leadership within the team.
Responsibilities
Lead the full audio post-production workflow
Supervise and approve voice cleaning, music edits, and sound preparation
Direct and manage voice-over recording sessions
Create advanced sound design concepts and sound plans
Prepare and finalize mix and master materials for TV & Digital
Ensure compliance with broadcast specifications and loudness standards
Conduct final quality control and approval of all deliverables
Oversee music selection and provide high-level musical consulting
Participate in and lead client briefings and creative discussions
Provide technical and creative guidance to junior team members
Optimize workflows and introduce new techniques/tools
Manage project backups, archiving systems, and technical standards
