Senior QA Analyst Overview The Senior QA Analyst is a hands-on functional QA role responsible for designing, executing and documenting tests for web and mobile applications. This person partners closely with business analysts and development teams to ensure product quality, mentors junior analysts, and helps drive testing strategy including functional, non‑functional and automated testing where applicable.

• Report to the QA Lead and take ownership of assigned QA tasks and deliverables.
• Analyze requirements, use cases and business rules to create and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts.
• Execute manual and mobile tests; perform functional testing and support non‑functional and automated testing efforts.
• Log, triage and track defects using bug-tracking tools; work with developers and stakeholders to resolve critical issues.
• Maintain and update QA documentation and generate project QA/status reports.
• Participate in estimations and planning for QA effort (LOE).
• Mentor and coach junior/functional analysts; run knowledge‑sharing sessions and workshops.
• Promote a quality‑focused culture and suggest process improvements.
• Multitask effectively and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.
