Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating briefs into actionable plans and managing execution from start to finish.
- Handle all film and video adaptation requests within a set budget, assessing technical/human resources and estimating costs.
- Organize and oversee the full post-production process, including coordination of internal departments (e.g., Traffic, Sound, Motion Design, Finance).
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and service providers for casting, recording sessions, and video broadcasting schedules.
- Receive and analyze client requests, clarify project scope, and maintain consistent communication throughout production.
- Prepare project cost estimates, proposals, and manage purchase order processes, financial tracking, and billing.
- Monitor project progress, lead production meetings, manage timelines, and report regularly to stakeholders.Implement quality control standards.
- Coordinate asset management, including versioning and storage, and ensure smooth flow of materials between teams.
- Work across multiple markets and time zones, maintaining alignment with global teams.
