We are looking for a Media Planning Analyst L2 to join our global media team.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal strategy teams to develop, manage and optimize media plans, budgets and performance tracking that support business growth and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Manage and update budgets and flighting in Lumina and other media tools
Provide updates for recurring budgeting needs and monthly savings tracking
Maintain and update flowcharts and budget documents with accuracy and organization
Track changes across budgets and media plans
Support strategy teams with reach & frequency deliveries using Tardiis / NMI
Provide audience and consumer insights using tools like MRI and GWI
Prepare monthly global tracking for internal and client reporting
Support charts, slides and decks for client presentations
Help manage competitive insights reporting
Review monthly billing vs budget and flag discrepancies
Update weekly TV goals based on flighting and budget changes
Coordinate weekly media highlights with investment teams and prepare client-ready slides
