Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of visual design, senioring projects, inspiring and mentoring creative teams, and improving the quality of deliverables.

Collaborating closely with creative seniors and executive teams, they will play an important role in driving business growth through powerful visuals and impactful messaging. Their mentorship will inspire and elevate the entire creative team.

The Senior Art Director fosters a culture of creativity, innovation, and learning within the design and art direction team, actively mentoring and developing team members to help them grow and achieve their career goals. Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills are essential, as is keeping abreast of design trends and technologies.

KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Email creative for marketing emails.
• Primarily production design of content and visuals within templated email campaigns, with some opportunity to participated in conceptual design for modifying and optimizing the current campaign templates.
• Interpreting briefs and requirements to deliver creative ideas and visuals aligned to a creative strategy, raising the bar on creativity using storytelling to drive action
• Participate in all phases of creative work, from concept through production and final hand-off
• Senior creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick-off meetings
• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas
• Senior projects and search for new project ideas
• Direct the creative team in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style across all final assets
• Be a team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Be able to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders
• Being at the top of the trends and inspire the team to acquire knowledge and break the boundaries of conceptual and technical skills
