We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) Artist to collaborate with our creative team in the production of exceptional 3D visual content. As a CGI Artist, you will work on high-quality CGI assets for a variety of projects, including advertising campaigns, films, video games, and architectural visualizations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing artistic direction, mentoring junior artists, and ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of visual quality and creativity.

• 3D Modeling and Texturing: Create complex and detailed 3D models and textures, pushing the boundaries of realism and visual fidelity while adhering to project specifications and timelines.
• Lighting and Rendering: Establish and refine lighting setups to achieve desired mood, atmosphere, and visual impact. Optimize rendering processes to ensure efficient production workflows.
• Animation and Visual Effects: Lead the development of captivating animations, including character animation, object interactions, and camera movements. Design and implement advanced visual effects to enhance realism and visual storytelling.
• Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior CGI artists, fostering their professional growth and development. Share industry knowledge and best practices to continuously improve the team s skills and capabilities.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on CGI assets to ensure exceptional visual quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Implement best practices to maintain consistency and excellence in all deliverables.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including art directors, designers, animators, and technical artists, fostering effective communication, understanding project requirements, and driving successful project outcomes.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in CGI artistry. Experiment with new tools and approaches to push the boundaries of creativity and visual excellence.
