DESCRIPTION:

• Remain up to date on new Technos/Best practices and share knowledge with team members.
• As Lead retoucher he will be in charge of delivering innovative and engaging creative solutions, with an emphasis on digital retouching, while leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, After effects, and other relevant tools. Strong knowledge of retouching techniques, color correction, masking, and image manipulation.
• Creativity: The capacity to use original thought and innovative problem-solving when dealing with challenging editing jobs. For a Level 2 Retoucher, coming up with creative ways to enhance and improve photos is a key ability.
• Time management: In a hectic work environment, it s critical to effectively manage time and meet deadlines. The Level 2 Retoucher should be able to properly prioritise jobs and complete assignments by the deadlines.
• Communication Skills Understanding project needs, incorporating input, and maintaining customer satisfaction all depend on effective communication and collaboration with clients, photographers, and coworkers.
