The Creative QA Analyst will be responsible for QA emails/banners/print/videos from the agency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the latest Adobe CC Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
The CQA will be skilled in testing emails/banners/print/videos. Having experience in banners and familiarity with DoubleClick & Flashtalking.
Responsibilities
Defining the test plans and processes for the business
Testing emails and documents, creating issues in JIRA and assigning appropriately to the development team, and seeing issues through to resolution
Producing high quality bug reports covering description, reproduction steps and severity
Very detail oriented both creatively and functionality wise
Work closely with development and project management teams
Strong communication skills that further good relationships with the entire team
Test | Manually test a variety of digital work including both desktop and mobile
Cross-browser and cross-device testing.
This role involves close collaboration with designers and stakeholders to assess and enhance creative materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with brand guidelines. Track defects using JIRA; manage project defect reports.
Validate | Verify visual elements match creative layouts.
Monitor and analyze technical specifications, to extrapolate for QA needs.
