The Creative Designer is responsible for producing brand campaigns, product launches, and content for various channels. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, visually impactful assets that align with brand guidelines. The designer also manages customer feedback, requests, and ensures brand consistency across marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
4+ years of experience in digital advertising.
Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-level thinking and execution.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion graphics workflows.
Video editing, adaptations, versioning, localization for adv. of global brands for various countries.
Video compositing and sound mixing.
Design and create captivating motion graphics/2D animations for video deliverables (Adverts, corporate videos, eLearning etc.)
Create videos in various media including TV, web, mobile, etc.
Work with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives and execute work.
Follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of working files.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools.
Assist in mentoring and guiding junior motion designers.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to design standards.
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
Managing production schedules and logistics along with pm and project team.
Work closely with asset management team/ asset management of incoming and outgoing deliveries (master assets, open files, adapts, etc).
