The Invoice Reconciliation Analyst position in Business Finance Operations.

Actively participates in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity and amounts, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.

• Handles Low Profile accounts
• Will be assisting on all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication

• Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports

• Secure missing invoices

• Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow

• Prepare RFI templates

• Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI’s

• Work with vendors to revise invoices

• Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested

• Update and request missing invoices from Google Statement

• Request revised invoices to corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative

• Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate and Status
