What we are looking for

The Creative Designer plays a crucial role in producing brand campaigns, product launches, and content for various channels. This experienced individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually impactful assets, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and align with brand guidelines. Additionally, the Creative Designer oversees customer comments, manages requests, and ensures brand consistency across marketing initiatives. Keeping abreast of the latest design trends and tools, this role contributes to elevating the brand s presence across diverse media platforms.

Designing award-winning UX and UI interfaces for websites, emails, and apps, that clearly illustrate how digital experiences function and look like, in coordination with other UX experts, the creative, marketing and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Must possess strong digital design skills plus some UX and UI projects.
  • Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and development specialists.
  • Develop intuitive and user-centered solutions.
  • Create user personas, user cases, user journeys, and user flows.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and user testing.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital experiences.
  • Design interfaces for websites, emails, and apps across devices.
  • Work with design systems and create scalable UI kits.
  • Senior UX projects through the design process.
  • Occasionally assist with illustrations, infographics, and business presentations.
  • Storyboard complex interactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Senior creative teams.
  • Mentor and Senior creative staff, maintain creative quality.
  • Stay updated on UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong self-management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct technical hiring interviews.
  • Collaborate in the performance evaluation process.
  • Perform informs about the area performance and the promotion process.
  • Collaborate with the area KPIs if it is necessary.
