Actively participates in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity and amounts, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.

Handles Low Profile accounts Will be assisting on all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports Secure missing invoices Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow Prepare RFI templates Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI’s Work with vendors to revise invoices Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested Update and request missing invoices from Google Statement Request revised invoices to corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate and Status
