Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Influencer Marketing/Social Analyst to lead and execute strategic marketing campaigns for our high-profile clients. This role is central to our Creator strategy, encompassing everything from sourcing and negotiation to campaign management and content oversight.

Responsibilities
Campaign Leadership: Own the success of creator marketing initiatives from conceptualization through execution, ensuring seamless integration with client objectives and brand values.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive creator strategies, managing all phases of campaign planning and execution in collaboration with internal teams such as Client Solutions, Creative, Strategy, and Operations.
Creator Sourcing and Management: Identify and engage with creators who align with client KPIs and brand identity, handle negotiations, and manage contracts and content production.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the Creator Management team and other departments to ensure cohesive team efforts and client satisfaction.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize insights and analytics to guide creator selection and campaign recommendations, continually adapting strategies to maximize ROI.
Communication and Oversight: Maintain daily communication with creators regarding campaign specifics, including timelines, product delivery, and content requirements. Follow up with post-campaign analytics to assess performance.
