The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills and can think outside the box at all stages of the design and development process. They are adept at researching and analyzing upcoming market trends, identifying opportunities that align with the brand.

The Senior Creative Designer ensures all deliverables are of the highest quality, meet project requirements, and align with brand guidelines. Their role focuses on elevating brand advertising to engage consumers and support customer growth. As a creative leader, the ability to develop, mentor, and motivate the creative department is crucial. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in developing integrated marketing campaign strategies for digital, social media, and offline channels.
  • Proficiency in additional design tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, etc., and motion graphics software.
  • In-depth understanding of UX/UI design principles and practices.
  • Thorough understanding of print production processes, including preparing files and overseeing print runs.
  • Experience with branding, visual identity, and marketing design. Collaborate with the creative team to develop aesthetically appealing designs.
  • Assist with the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines for consistency.
  • Use design software to create and alter graphic assets.
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas.
  • Adapt and resize assets for various media platforms and formats.
  • Manage and supervise various production tasks with attention to detail.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas.
  • Present completed ideas to clients and team members.
  • Implement strategic design direction and feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with project goals.
  • Keep design assets organized, including version control and archiving.
  • Fast learner, applying best practices and continuously learning.
