We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 5–6 years of experience in digital media, project management, or operations within an agency environment. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing agency processes that support digital media buying and placement for a Fortune 500 client.
The role requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders—including client teams, internal agency teams, and partner agencies—to ensure flawless execution, alignment, and integration of workflows and systems.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, documentation, and management of agency processes that enable efficient digital media buying, placement, and reporting.
Coordinate directly with client teams to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects and campaigns.
Partner with internal and external teams to integrate systems and processes across the client, the agency, and partner agencies.
Serve as a central point of contact, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and aligned to project objectives.
Identify process bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report status updates to senior stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
Support change management by facilitating training, documentation, and adoption of new tools or workflows.
