Publicis Global Delivery is looking is looking for a Media Performance Supervisor with strong leadership skills, organized, who has a minimum of 3-4+ years of experience managing different platforms in digital media and solid experience leading teams to ensure the best results in terms of operation; it is important to have a good discipline understanding, and the key action points to generate strategies that can ensure the success of the account s operations.

Responsibilities
The role is responsible for campaign management oversight, ensuring the right execution on “hands-in-platform” by managing and/or auditing campaigns activity when is needed, and providing guidance to their team members.
Ensuring that requirements are delivered within the established time frame and according to what was requested.
Ensure that there is a fluid communication between PGD and the Agency, i.e., that emails are answered in a timely manner and applying the best communication practices.
Ensure healthy coexistence and promote an optimal work environment within the team, this includes one to one session, team building sessions, etc.
As main contact, be 100% available to solve administrative, process, HR and other areas doubts.
Give support and accompaniment when any kind of issue or novelty of any kind arises, being the one who guides the next steps and proposing immediate and accurate solutions.
Follow up on the daily performance of each team member, highlighting areas of opportunity and working on them under action plans to promote professional growth and development of new skills.
Guarantee the necessary tools and resources to ensure that processes are met and that the operation is maintained under the standards of excellence. (Resources such as training, files, computer equipment, etc.).
Maintain a traffic call with the team to keep up to date with the news and workload of each account, as well as take advantage of these spaces to download relevant internal information that is of interest and involves.
Execute 1:1 meeting with the team to identify opportunities, gaps and develop an action plan, give appropriate feedback to the Director and the Associate Director about the team’s needs.
