EXECUTIVE PRODUCER – LATAM

A leading global production and integrated creative content agency is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to oversee a complex operation encompassing Retail Merchandising, Digital Production, and Creative Execution for the PGD LATAM team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, high-visibility production projects with a focus on Retail Merchandising deliverables, including planograms, in-store POS, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
• Oversee all stages of production, from brief through delivery, ensuring all aspects meet quality and client expectations.
• Ensure project alignment with Retail merchandising best practices, timelines, and standards.
• Manage cross-functional production teams across LATAM, ensuring effective communication and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agency partners across North and South America.
• Support staffing, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery of production projects.

Location & Commitments

• Full-time role, currently Hybrid Status

• Travel may be required for production needs.

• Overtime may be required to deliver on client projects and deadlines.
