What we are looking for
The Creative QA Analyst will be responsible for QA emails/banners/print/videos from the agency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the latest Adobe CC Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
The CQA will be skilled in testing emails/banners/print/videos. Having experience in banners and familiarity with DoubleClick & Flashtalking.
Responsibilities
- Defining the test plans and processes for the business
- Testing emails and documents, creating issues in JIRA and assigning appropriately to the development team, and seeing issues through to resolution
- Producing high quality bug reports covering description, reproduction steps and severity
- Very detail oriented both creatively and functionality wise
- Work closely with development and project management teams
- Strong communication skills that further good relationships with the entire team
- Test | Manually test a variety of digital work including both desktop and mobile
- Cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- This role involves close collaboration with designers and stakeholders to assess and enhance creative materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with brand guidelines. Track defects using JIRA; manage project defect reports.
- Validate | Verify visual elements match creative layouts.
- Monitor and analyze technical specifications, to extrapolate for QA needs.
